What is tsOverflowLevel?
This read-only DisplayString reports the fixed severity classification (alarm level 1) that the device assigns to a transport-stream buffer overflow on a channel. Use this to route or filter alarms in your NMS by severity — level 1 tells you how urgently this particular alarm type should be treated relative to the device's other trap tables.
