What is signalChangeLevel?
This read-only DisplayString reports the fixed severity classification (alarm level 3) that the device assigns to a change in an input signal's state on a channel. Use this to route or filter alarms in your NMS by severity — level 3 tells you how urgently this particular alarm type should be treated relative to the device's other trap tables.
