What is panaL2FiltEpIfIndex?

Identifies the PANA Enforcement Point (EP) interface on which this Layer-2 filter policy must be enforced. Admins set this to bind a specific authorized-device filter entry to the correct network interface, since the EP may have multiple interfaces each needing their own filter rows. An admin provisioning access control for a specific access port would set panaL2FiltEpIfIndex to that port's ifIndex when creating the filter entry.
