Description: The number of times a physical configuration change has taken place in the chassis such as the insertion/deinsertion of a Unit. Any events causing a change in the pgDSLAMSlotConfigTable or the pgDSLAMCommonBoardTable should cause this counter to be incremented.
What is pgDSLAMConfigChangeCnts?
A running count of physical configuration changes in the chassis, such as a card being inserted or removed, useful for detecting unexpected hardware churn between polling intervals.
