What is pgDSLAMChassisFanStatus?
Reports the state of the chassis cooling fans: fail(2) means the fans have stopped, ok(3) means they're running normally, and hightemp(4) flags that the chassis temperature is too high regardless of fan state -- worth alerting on immediately to avoid thermal shutdown.
