What is proResMemHeapTempAlloc?

The amount of heap memory currently allocated temporarily to router tasks, expected to be returned to the free pool later. This fluctuates with normal operation and is useful alongside the permanent-allocation figure to distinguish transient memory pressure from a lasting leak.
