What is proElsSubSysIndex?

Identifies a specific router subsystem (e.g. GW, ARP, IP, TCP, SNMP, BGP) within the ELS subsystem table, using a fixed enumeration of subsystem codes rather than sequential integers. Admins use this index to pick out log-level settings for one particular protocol subsystem, such as SNMP(21) or BGP(104).
