proElsSubSysDisplayEnable

Module: OpenROUTE-MIB

OID (symbolic): OpenROUTE-MIB::proElsSubSysDisplayEnable

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1.6.2.2.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: ProElsMsgLogLevel

Access: read-write

Description: A read of this object always returns the value other(1).

Setting this object to one of the other enumerated values has the effect of enabling ELS events of the specified level to the console.

What is proElsSubSysDisplayEnable?

A write-only-style control: reading it always returns other(1), but setting it to a specific ProElsMsgLogLevel value enables console display of ELS events at that severity level for the subsystem. Admins use this to turn on console logging for, say, error-level events on a particular subsystem being debugged.
