Description: This object controls which events will trigger the callout sub-system to try to establish a connection using the obmCalloutPhoneNumber. The value is a bitmask, representing the following possibilities: 0x01 : Fatal Error. (CAU/CAM/BRIDGE) 0x02 : Adapter Failure. (CAU) 0x02 : Start-up Failure. (BRIDGE) 0x04 : Fan Failure. (SWI) 0x04 : LAM Failure. (CAU/CAM) 0x08 : Main ring Wrap due to beacon. (CAU) 0x10 : HLM Connection Lost. (CAU/CAM) 0x10 : Temperature warning (SWI) 0x20 : Power System Failure (CAU) 0x40 : WAN link failure (BRIDGE) 0x40 : Port auto disabled (SWI)

What is obmCalloutTriggerEvent?

This bitmask selects which device events, such as a fatal error, fan failure, LAM failure, main-ring beacon wrap, HLM connection loss, temperature warning, power system failure, or WAN link failure (the exact meaning of each bit varies by product family), will trigger the callout subsystem to dial obmCalloutPhoneNumber. An admin tailors this bitmask so the device only phones home for genuinely actionable conditions on that specific product type.
