What is ospfMtStubStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object governs creation and destruction of rows in the ospfMtStubAreaTable, which define per-topology stub-area default metrics. An admin sets it when provisioning or removing a topology-specific default-metric entry for a stub area. For example, setting ospfMtStubStatus to destroy removes the stub-area metric entry for a topology that's no longer in use.
