What is oraDbLibraryCacheReloads?

This counter reports how many times an object in this library cache namespace had to be reloaded from the data dictionary because it was aged out of memory or invalidated. Frequent reloads point to a shared pool that's too small or too fragmented to hold the working set of SQL and PL/SQL.
