What is oraDbConfigDbMultiBlockReadCount?

This reports the DB_MULTIBLOCK_READ_COUNT setting from init.ora, the number of database blocks read in a single I/O operation during a full table scan or fast full index scan. Raising it can speed up large scans on capable storage, but the optimizer also uses it when costing scan-versus-index decisions.
