Description: The state of the dispatcher: regular: routes airlink requests to UPLAgents; redirect: routes airlink requests to other UPLDispatchers permanently.
What is upldState?
Whether the dispatcher is regular(1), routing airlink requests to UPLAgents, or redirect(2), permanently sending requests on to other dispatchers. A dispatcher unexpectedly in redirect(2) is not handling traffic itself.
