What is pfTimeoutTcpEstablished?

The configured timeout (in seconds) for a fully established TCP connection's state entry, i.e., how long an idle-but-open connection is kept in the state table (default is typically several hours). Tuning this affects how long-lived idle sessions (like SSH or persistent API connections) survive without traffic.
