What is oacVlanConfigInterfaceDefaultPriority?

This read-create object sets the default IEEE 802.1p class-of-service priority applied to frames on an interface, defaulting to 0. An admin raises this to give an interface's traffic a higher forwarding priority through the switch, useful for interfaces carrying latency-sensitive traffic. Setting it to 5 would mark frames on that interface with 802.1p priority 5, prioritizing them over interfaces left at the default 0.
