The value unlocked indicates that the component is administratively permitted to provide services for its users. To enter this state, issue an Unlock command to this component.
What is mscRtgVnsAdminState?
This object reports the OSI administrative state of this Vns component: locked (administratively prohibited from service), shuttingDown (finishing existing sessions only), or unlocked (default, permitted to provide service). Admins issue Lock/Unlock commands against the component to move it between these states, for example to lock it before maintenance.
