What is mscVrMmSresMaxHeapSpace?
This caps the percentage of this Vr's dynamic memory its Source Route End Station (SRES) function is allowed to consume, defaulting to 100%. Exceeding this limit forces SRES to shut down, protecting the rest of the Vr's memory pool.
