What is mscVrMmIpMaxHeapSpace?
This caps the percentage of this Vr's own dynamic memory pool its IP protocol stack is allowed to consume, defaulting to 100%. Exceeding this limit forces IP to shut down, protecting the Vr's other protocols from being starved by IP.
