Description: This attribute counts the number of IWF calls successfully setup by this particular TdmaIwfCallServer. A call is considered setup when the IWF-Setup-Request message is received, indicating a request for a data communications service, and the IWF has successfully allocated the necessary resources to fulfill the request. The counter wraps when it exceeds the maximum value.

What is mscTdmaCsCallsSetUp?

A wrapping counter of IWF calls successfully set up by this TdmaIwfCallServer, counted once the IWF-Setup-Request message is received and the IWF has successfully allocated the resources needed to fulfill it. Comparing this against mscTdmaCsCallsRequested gives admins the call server's setup success rate, and comparing it against mscTdmaCsCallsReleasedNormal/Abnormal shows how calls that did set up eventually ended.
