Description: This attribute indicates the state of flow control based on whether flow control was requested by the mobile side of the connection and an indication was sent to an upper layer protocol. This attribute has one of the following values: on: Flow control is active towards the mobile side of the call. off: Flow control is not active towards the mobile side of the call. DESCRIPTION

What is mscTdmaBcModemMobileSideFlowControlState?

Reports whether flow control is currently active toward the mobile side of this call (on) or not (off), based on whether the mobile side requested flow control and an indication was passed to the upper-layer protocol. Admins can check this when a mobile-originated data call appears to be stalling, since active flow control toward the mobile means the upper layer is deliberately throttling data.
