Description:
This attribute indicates whether the Lp always restarts upon a CP switchover. The value is true if the featureList of the associated Sw Lpt component contains a feature that does not support hitless CP switchover. The value is also true when the feature noHitlessCpSwitch is provisioned on the CP. A value of false does not guarantee 'no restart'; dynamic conditions may still result in an FP restart when a CP switchover occurs.
