Description:
This attribute indicates the number of correctable ATM cell header errors that have been detected and corrected. Counting of correctableHeaderErrors is inhibited when an Out of Cell Delineation (OCD) defect is present. An OCD defect occurs when seven consecutive incorrect HECs have been detected. An OCD defect terminates when six consecutive correct HECs have been detected
