Description:
This attribute indicates the total number of Line Code Violations (LCV) detected. An E3 Line Code Violation is an HDB3 coded signal error. LCV counting is inhibited for second intervals where a Line Severely Errored Second (LSES) is counted. This attribute is a non-negative integer which monotonically increases until it reaches a maximum value, at which point it wraps around and starts increasing again from zero.
