Description:
This attribute indicates the status of locally generated trunk conditioning towards the PDH line.
When trunk conditioning is being locally generated towards the PDH line, egressConditioning is set to on.
When trunk conditioning is not being locally generated towards the PDH line, egressConditioning is set to off.
Trunk conditioning is transmitted towards the PDH line under the following conditions: bufferUnderflow (BU) AAL1 protocol errors.
