What is mscLpImaTestDisplayInterval?

This sets how often, in minutes (0-30240, default 5), interim results of a running IMA test are displayed at the operator console that started it; 0 disables interim display, and the setting is ignored for externalLoop tests. An admin can change this at any time during a long-running test to get more or less frequent progress updates.
