Description: This attribute indicates the ratio of the number of user cells transmitted on the IMA group to the IMA cell capacity (based on the number of active links). The utilization is calculated over a one minute period.

This attribute will always have a value of 0 if the protocol for the IMA group is proprietary.

What is mscLpDS3ImaTransmitCellUtilization?

This is the percentage (0-100, averaged over one minute) of this DS3 IMA group's cell capacity actually used by transmitted user cells; it's always 0 when running the proprietary protocol. An admin monitors this the same way as the receive-side counterpart, together giving a full picture of the group's upstream and downstream loading.
