What is mscLpDS3ImaAdminState?
This is the OSI Administrative State of the DS3 IMA group: locked (administratively prohibited from serving users, requiring usageState idle), shuttingDown (still serving existing users while winding down after a Lock command), or unlocked (default, normal service). An admin issues Lock/Unlock commands to move a group between these states, for example locking a group before maintenance and unlocking it afterward.
