Description: This attribute specifies the maximum number of times a Radio Link Protocol (RLP) entity shall retransmit an individual frame following the expiry of timer T1.

The IWF attempts to negotiate to the value specified by this attribute. The negotiated value can be viewed in the component GsmIwfRlpOp attribute n2RetransmitCount. Changes to this attribute do not effect existing calls.
