mscFrMuxTimeFramerCongested

Module: Nortel-MsCarrier-MscPassport-FrameRelayMuxMIB

OID (symbolic): Nortel-MsCarrier-MscPassport-FrameRelayMuxMIB::mscFrMuxTimeFramerCongested

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.562.36.2.1.112.12.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Counter32

Access: read-only

Description: This attribute accumulates the time (in msec) during which Framer congestion has been observed in the direction towards the interface. The overload causing this statistic to increase may be caused by oversubscription. When this count reaches maximum, it wraps to zero.

What is mscFrMuxTimeFramerCongested?

Accumulated milliseconds during which the Framer was congested sending toward the interface, most often caused by oversubscribing the link's bandwidth — a growing value is a sign to check for over-provisioned DLCIs on that link.
