What is mscFrDteStDlciCommittedBurst?

This read-write value (0-2,048,000 bits, default 64000) sets the committed burst size a statically provisioned DLCI (StDlci) is allowed to send above its steady CIR rate without penalty. An admin raises this to give bursty applications more headroom before rate enforcement kicks in, at the cost of a higher peak the carrier's network has to absorb.
