What is mscFrDteLmiErrorThreshold?

The number of errors detected within the monitored events window before declaring the link non-functional. This field corresponds to the parameter N392 described in the ANSI T1.617-1991 Annex D. An admin only needs to change this from its default if the carrier's Frame Relay switch requires a non-standard LMI timing profile; setting it too aggressively can make the link flag false LMI failures.
