What is mscFrDteIfAdminStatus?

This read-write value sets the desired administrative state of this Frame Relay DTE interface component at the interface level: up brings the interface into service, down administratively shuts it off, and testing takes packets out of the forwarding path for loopback/diagnostic use. An admin sets this to down before physically removing or re-cabling a circuit, then back to up (its default) to restore service.
