What is mscFrDteFramerNormPrioLinkUtilFromIf?
This read-only Gauge32 (0-100) reports the one-minute average utilization, as a percentage of available link bandwidth, of normal-priority data received from the physical link by the Framer component. An admin watches this to see whether a Frame Relay access circuit is approaching saturation before customers start seeing discards or increased latency; a value pinned near 100 is a strong hint to raise mscFrDteFramerLargeFrmErrors or CIR settings, or to upsize the link.
