What is mscFrDteAcceptUndefinedDlci?

This read-write value (enabled by default, or disabled) controls whether the Passport will dynamically accept a Data Link Connection Identifier (DLCI) it has not seen provisioned before, placing it in the default Remote Group. An admin sets this to disabled on a security-conscious or tightly-controlled access circuit to reject any DLCI the carrier signals that was not explicitly provisioned, rather than silently auto-creating a dynamic DLCI for it.
