This read-only value (0-255) reports one cell of the trunk's unreserved-bandwidth table, indexed by setup priority (0-4) and bandwidth-part number - the numerator of a fraction of unreserved bandwidth out of a denominator of 255. An admin reads this table to see how much path-oriented bandwidth remains available on the trunk at each connection setup priority level.
