Description: This attribute indicates the CRM parameter for this connection.
CRM is the limit of the number of forward Resource Management (RM) cells which may be sent in the absence of received backward RM cells. When this limit is crossed, the Allowed Cell Rate (ACR) value would be decreased by the amount (CDF*ACR), where CDF is determined by the cutoffDecreaseFactor. The ACR is not allowed to fall below the Minimum Cell Rate (MCR), in which case the ACR is set to MCR.
The value of CRM is obtained as transientBufferExposure divided by maxCellsPerRmCell.
