Description: This attribute specifies the type of traffic management which is applied to the receive direction of this connection as defined in the ATM Forum. The rxTrafficDescType determines the number and meaning of the parameters in the rxTrafficDescParm attribute.
When this attribute is set to sameAsTx, the rxTrafficDescType as well as the rxTrafficDescParm are taken from the txTrafficDescType and txTrafficDescParm values.
