Description: This attribute is not applicable and is not displayed on CQC-based ATM cards.
This attribute counts cells transmitted from the ATM interface which have the EFCI bit set to 1. This count is included in the txCell attribute. The counter is reset to zero when the component is activated, or when any critical attribute of the component is changed. The counter wraps to zero when it exceeds its maximum value of (2**64)-1.
