Description: This attribute is renamed in P6.0 to txCell for naming compatibility with the Vcc and Vpc components.
This attribute counts cells transmitted from the ATM interface. The counter is reset to zero when the component is created, or when any critical attribute of the component is changed. The counter wraps to zero when it exceeds the maximum value of (2**64)-1.
