Description: This attribute specifies the maximum number of usable VCCs that can be configured on this AtmIf. The value must not exceed the number of non-reserved VCC identifiers in the Vcc space supported by this AtmIf (which is specified by the ConnectionMapping component).
Furthermore, if the AtmIf is linked to an LogicalProcessor of cardType other than 3pE3Atm, 3pDS3Atm, 3pOC3MmAtm, 3pOC3SmAtm, 3pE1Atm, 3pDS1Atm, 2pJ6MAtm, the sum of (maxVccs + maxVpcs + 1) across all AtmIf linked to that Lp must be less than the totalConnectionPoolCapacity attribute of the Arc component. If the Arc component doesn't exist, the default value of totalConnectionPoolCapacity is used as the limit.
This attribute has been migrated to the Ca component.
