Description: This attribute has been obsoleted and migrated under the NrtVbr subcomponent. In addition, notApplicable is no longer a valid value of the new attribute. This attribute specifies the bandwidth pool which is to be used to support the variable bit rate non-real time (nrt-VBR) service category. When the user does not intend to support the nrt-VBR, this attribute should be set to notApplicable. Otherwise, one of the three bandwidth pools should be selected. The percentage of link capacity reserved for the given bandwidth pool is the maximum bandwidth that can be allocated to nrt-VBR traffic.
