Description: This attribute specifies the bandwidth pool which is to be used to support the non-real-time variable bit rate (nrt-VBR) service category except for connections managed by a Vpt CA. The percentage of link capacity reserved for the given bandwidth pool is the maximum bandwidth that can be allocated to nrt-VBR traffic. The percentage allocated to each bandwidth pool can be provisioned through the bandwidthPool attribute under the CA.
