Description: This attribute indicates the Early Packet Discard (EPD) offset which is currently in use for this service category. The EPD offset is used to derive the EPD thresholds for each CC level.
Any connection under this service category which requires the txPacketWiseDiscard feature must specify a transmit queue limit which is at least 5.71 times this offset. This ensures that the derived Epd threshold will never be less than 17.5 % of the transmit queue limit. If this is not done, txPacketWiseDiscard for the connection will be automatically disabled.
The value of this EPD offset is specified under the lp/x eng arc aqm ov component.
