What is mscAtmIfVccNrpRowStatus?
A read-write RowStatus used to create or delete a Nrp component on this ATM Virtual Channel Connection (Vcc), linking two connections to relay ATM cells as one hop of a nailed-up ABS path. An admin provisions this the same way as on a Vpc Nrp, but for a VCC-level rather than VPC-level cross-connect.
