where ASR is the Actual Shaping Rate of the connection and LS is the Link Speed of the interface.
When the value of this attribute is enabled, the CDV relationship changes to the following equation:
CDV <= 1/ASR + 1/LS
What is mscLpEngArcCqcCdvReduction?
Reports whether Cell Delay Variation (CDV) reduction is currently applied to shaped transmit traffic on this CQC-based FP; when enabled the CDV bound tightens from 2/ASR+1/LS to 1/ASR+1/LS, helping the connection meet strict policer CDV-tolerance requirements.
