What is vmIfUsageState?

This object reports the OSI Usage State of the vmIf component: idle means it is not currently carrying traffic, active means it is in use but still has spare capacity, and busy means it is fully utilized with no spare capacity for additional load. Admins watch this to gauge whether a VirtualMedia interface used for inter-VR communication is approaching capacity limits. It defaults to idle, since a newly provisioned interface starts out unused until traffic begins flowing across the inter-VR or always-up connection.
