What is vmIfAdminState?
This object reports the OSI Administrative State of the vmIf component: locked means it is administratively prohibited from serving users following a Lock command, shuttingDown means a Lock command is in progress and existing sessions are finishing, and unlocked means it is permitted to provide service. Admins issue Lock and Unlock commands, reflected here, to gracefully take a VirtualMedia interface in or out of service, since locked forces the interface's usage state to idle. It defaults to unlocked, meaning a newly created interface is administratively available as soon as it's provisioned.
