What is trkDiscBpValue?
This 64-bit counter tracks packets received from the remote module and discarded, broken out per emission priority (ep0 highest through ep2), typically due to an incompatible remote protocol or recent connectivity loss/congestion. An admin checks whether discards are concentrated in a specific priority level to judge whether congestion is affecting only lower-priority traffic or all traffic classes.
