What is pppLqmQuality?
Reports the current link quality as judged by the local LQM module: good (LQM enabled and quality above threshold), bad (LQM enabled and quality below threshold), or notDetermined (LQM disabled, or enabled but not yet calculated). Admins watch for bad to catch a degrading link before users notice.
