What is pppLeqTimeToLive?
Sets, in milliseconds (100 to 60000, default 10000), how long a packet may sit in the Link Emission Queue before it's discarded for exceeding its time-to-live. It bounds how stale a queued packet can get before it's dropped rather than sent late.
